What is MY MONPANIER?

MY MONPANIER is your personal customer account. As a registered customer, you have the option of seeing your order history in the customer profile, tracking the status of your order and requesting returns from there directly to us. In addition, when placing an order, you are not required to enter details such as the delivery and billing address again.

 

To create a customer account, please fill out all of the mandatory fields and enter a password. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations. Once you register, all you need to do is enter your email address and password for future orders.

 

Forgot Password. What to do?

If you have forgotten your customer account password, you can request a new one. To do this, go to the login page on MY MONPANIER and click on Forgot your password.

 

How can I change my name/address afterwards?

You can change your personal details at any time in your customer account under MY MONPANIER. Unfortunately, there is no option to modify the recipient or address for orders you have already sent.

 

How can I delete my customer account?

To do this, please contact our customer service and let us know that you wish to delete your account. You can reach our customer service Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (public holidays excluded) under the telephone number 06173-7839461, through e-mail at [email protected] and via the contact form.
