Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping partner DHL delivers your order directly to your home in Germany and the EU: quickly and reliably. Each shipment is given a tracking number when it is shipped and can be tracked online at any time on DHL‘s website.

 

Orders are dispatched from our German location during normal business hours Monday to Friday excluding German national holidays.

 

If you would like express shipping or shipping to another country, please send us your request, stating the item, quantity and country of destination, to customerservice@monpanier.de. We will then send you a non-binding offer at short notice if such a delivery is possible.

If you have placed your products in the shopping cart, we will inform you of an order amount of less than EUR 50.00 about the amount you are still missing in order to save on shipping costs. Take advantage of this tip and simply add a little something more to the shopping cart. It’s worth it! The shipping costs are automatically waived at the checkout as soon as the minimum order value of 50€ has been reached. The order total is the total value of the goods minus all discounts and excluding delivery costs.
