Paypal

In order to be able to pay with PayPal, you need to be registered with PayPal. There you deposit account data or a credit card. After submitting your order at monpanier.com, you will be taken to the PayPal page and pay there. The debit is made by credit card, direct debit or Paypal credit, depending on which of the payment methods you have deposited with PayPal. Your account will be debited upon completion of the order.

Prefer to pay by credit card? When ordering, enter your valid card number, the expiry date and the card security number in the fields provided. We only charge your credit card when the ordered items are shipped.

 

Credit card verification: 3D Secure procedure

The legislator has obliged the European banks to provide even more security for credit card payments on the Internet. The identity of the cardholder should be checked under defined legal security requirements. The 3D Secure process meets this requirement – an identification method via TAN app or SMS. All European online retailers are obliged to use this secure payment method. The European Banking Authority (EBA) requires clear authentication of the payer with at least two of the following elements:

 

– Knowledge
PIN, password and other security questions whose answers are known only to the customer.

– Possession
Smartphone, tokens and other items owned only by the customer.

– Inherence
Fingerprint as well as all aspects and biometric characteristics that identify the customer individually.

Apple Pay

Pay conveniently with your iPhone, iPad or Mac using the Apple Pay app. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. Google Pay

Pay quickly and easily with your smartphone using the Google Pay app. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. Immediately

Pay for your purchase directly from your bank account via instant bank transfer. With this payment method you need data to register in your online banking and TAN. You will be redirected to your bank’s website, where you can pay as usual via online banking. Your account will be debited upon completion of the order.

 

Payment in advance

With an advance transfer, we reserve the ordered goods for you for 7 days and ship the goods as soon as the amount has arrived on our account. Please pay the invoice amount within this time, otherwise your order will be canceled and the reserved goods will be released in the shop again.
