Returns

We hope that you like the new monpanier wicker basket. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please return the item to us in a clean, unused and complete state with tags in the original packaging.

 

For orders from Germany:

We offer you a free returns service via standard DHL shipping. To receive a free return label for domestic returns, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Register returns electronically

 

Registered customers:

Please log in to your customer account. You can manage your order and request a return under the menu item “Orders & Returns”. (For returns from Germany: Immediately after requesting the return, you can print out the free return label from DHL. The same return label will also be sent by email).

 

Guest orders:

Please go to Request a return (guest orders) at the bottom of our website. Enter the email address you used when ordering as well as the order number. After you have successfully filled out the form, you will receive an email with a unique link. You can use this link to fill out and submit a returns request. (For returns from Germany: After requesting the return, the free return label from DHL will be sent to you by email).

 

2. Pack goods

Please cut the return slip from the delivery note that you received with the goods. Fill out the return form by marking the item to be returned and specifying the reason for the return. The return slip helps us to identify the returned goods. Place the completed return form back in the original shipping packaging along with the items you want to return.

 

3. Prepare and send the shipment

 

Returns from Germany:

Please print out the free return label from DHL and stick the return label with the pre-printed return address on the outside of the package. Then hand in the package at the nearest DHL branch or packing station.

 

Returns from EU:

Please return the goods within 14 days of receiving the receipt of the goods at your own expense and responsibility, using a transport company of your choice. Please make sure your shipment has detailed tracking. Only with a tracking number can you prove that the goods have actually arrived at our storage center. The return address is:

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item, send it back to us for a refund and simply order a new desired item in the online shop.

 

Reklamation

If an item arrives damaged (e.g. broken), please send us one or more photos of this item. Please also let us know your order number in the email.

Refund
