If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. Providing further data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally.

We use the double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter. We will send you a confirmation email asking you to click on a link to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you enter (e.g. e-mail address) will be stored on the CleverReach servers in Germany or Ireland.

CleverReach uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. For the evaluation, the newsletters sent by e-mail contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files that are stored on our website. In this way it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a previously defined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) took place after clicking on such links. Technical information is also recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymised form and is not linked to your other personal data; direct personal reference is excluded. This data is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyzes can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you wish to object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can view CleverReach’s privacy policy here: www.cleverreach.com/de/datenschutz/

The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

The user has the option to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by email, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. If you choose the Apple Pay payment method from Apple Distribution International (hereinafter “Apple”), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment will be processed via the “Apple Pay” function of your iOS, watchOS or macOS device operated end device by debiting a payment card stored with Apple Pay. Apple Pay uses security features built into your device’s hardware and software to protect your transactions. In order to release a payment, it is therefore necessary to enter a code previously defined by you and to verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function of your device.

For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, along with the information about your order, will be sent to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is sent to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to carry out the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment details. After payment is made, Apple will send your device account number and a transaction-specific dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm payment success.

If personal data is processed in the transmissions described, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Apple retains anonymized transaction information, including approximate purchase amount, date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple’s servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that personally identifies you. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone’s settings. Go to Wallet & Apple Pay and turn off Allow Payments on Mac. Further information on data protection with Apple Pay can be found at the following Internet address: support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027

In order to release a payment above a certain value of goods specified by Google Pay, you must first unlock your mobile device using the verification measure set up (e.g. face recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern).

For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process together with the information about your order will be passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a unique transaction number to the source website, which is used to verify that the payment has been made. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your means of payment stored with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a uniquely valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google only acts as an intermediary to process the payment process. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by debiting the means of payment stored with Google Pay.

If personal data is processed in the transmissions described, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain process-specific information for every transaction made via Google Pay. Purpose: Real Cookie Banner asks website visitors for consent to set cookies and process personal data. For this purpose, each website visitor is assigned a UUID (pseudonymous identification of the user), which is valid until the cookie used to store the consent expires. Cookies are used to test whether cookies can be set, to store reference to the documented consent, to store which services from which service groups the visitor has consented to, and, if consent, according to the Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) in order to store the consents in TCF partners, purposes, special purposes, functions and special functions. As part of the obligation to explain according to the GDPR, the consent given is fully documented. In addition to the services and service groups to which the visitor has consented and, if consent is obtained according to the TCF standard, to which TCF partners, purposes and functions the visitor has consented, all settings of the cookie banner at the time of consent as also the technical circumstances (e.g. size of the viewing area with the consent) and the user interactions (e.g. clicking on buttons) that led to the consent. Consent is collected once per language.

6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

7) Real Cookie Banner

7.4 Marketing Cookies

Marketing services are used by us and third parties to record the behavior of individual users, analyze the data collected and, for example, display personalized advertising. These services allow us to track users across multiple websites. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies for usage analysis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. A DS-GVO.

1) Facebook for WooCommerce

Purpose:Facebook pixel helps determine if you are the target audience for showing ads within the Facebook advertising network. The Facebook pixel also makes it possible to track the effectiveness of Facebook advertising. With the additional “extended comparison” function, information stored in your Facebook account, such as e-mail addresses or Facebook IDs, is used by users in encrypted form in a way that is appropriate for the target group. Cookies are used to distinguish users and to record their behavior on the website in detail and to link this data with advertising data from the Facebook advertising network. This data can be linked to the data of users registered on facebook.com with their Facebook accounts. Your behavior can also be tracked via server-to-server communication. For example, if you buy a product in the online shop, our server can report back to Facebook which ad you clicked on to start the purchase process.
